How can I return the product I purchased?

If you want to return your products due to a problem arising from our products (cargo damage, production error, right of withdrawal, etc.) after receiving your order from sinemtaskin.co online shop, the products must be sent to us within 7 days from the date you receive them. To create a return request, an e-mail should be sent to info@sinemtaskin.co stating your name, order number and the reason for the return. When sending the products to us, we kindly ask you to pay attention to the matters under the "Return Conditions" heading below. After your product reaches us, it will be examined by the relevant units and approved for return. This process takes an average of 2-5 business days. Returns cannot be accepted for personalized products.

What are the return conditions?
